Unfortunately again you havent given nearly enough information for anyone
to answer your question:

- what operating system are you using?
- who set up your postgresql instance?
- is the postgresql server local on your machine or a remote server?

I really encourage you to read the WHOLE of this document - you will find
your way forward in the Open Source community much more easily if you do:
