Thank you all, I now have 8 copies of the TVBC areas :), all slightly different. Once I get to the most authoritative source, I will notify you and ensure I point out the correct "custodian" to all.

I obtained a copy of the former homelands and TBVC boundaries from Department of Land Affairs in 2007 from Adriaan Ritter

I have, at some stage, created it from magisterial districts that I know were part of these areas...will search for it and pass on but can not vouch for accuracy. Captured from a hard copy map of 1987....if interested.
