[OSGeo Africa] Invitation to guest lecture: Why open source software and open data are good for the economy (and fun to use)

Thanks for the invitation but me I don't live in South Africa, I 'm in
Democratic republic of Congo, what can be all disposition in my case??? I
'm so interest by Open Source Data and all domain which refer to it; I need
to be one of contributor in the future, so I decide to learn more about it!
