[OSGeo Africa] Table joins

Hello!

You should use sql (postgis or spatiallite) to join table to geometry (much
easier and clear).
In shapefile you cannot bypass 10 (sometimes 6) charachter limit of field
name and I think strongly recommended to use ascii charachter encoding.
