You can publish it directly as a WMS service using any web map server
such as QGIS server, Mapserver or Geoserver. If it is the NLC from DEA,
it is already pyramided and hence is fast.

You can cache or preseed tiles to make it even faster by using
combinations such as Mapproxy in front of QGIS server, or MapCache with
Mapserver or GeoWebCache with Geoserver.

Or you can use gdal2tiles.py to generate a complete static tile pyramid
from the command line.
