[OSGeo Africa] CRS in use in South Africa

Sorry Dave - I missed acknowledging you on my previous response.
Yes,... I had forgotten about the Goldfields one (having worked with it 
in the eighties!) - but I'm not going to toss that one into the pile.

I'm aiming at producing a guideline for recognising common RSA CRSes by 
the numeric values of the coords, and if necessary (like the 2-Deg Lo 
bands) some knowledge of the approx location of the AOI.
