For now immediately useful would be people to:<br><br>- manage press releases, promotion etc.<br>- seek out funding and sponsorship<br>- provide assistance with visas and travel beaurocracy<br>- manage registrations<br><br><br>I guess there are heaps of other things that we need to sort out soon so if you can help, even in a small way, don't be shy, let us know!<br><br>I have had some volunteers from beyond SA borders and it would be great to hear from more of you with names of GIS groups and organisations we can notify of our intention to run the conference.<br><br>We plan to send out formal press releases, hopefully later in this week, which we hope you will propogate for us far and wide!<br><br>Best
