I've decided to spend the day at the office on Saturday to host some local open data hacking [1]. So if you are in the Winelands (Boland) or want to make the trip, there'll be space, some bandwidth and hopefully a few other like-minded data liberators. And of course great views and the middle of grape harvest season.<br>

Even if you can't be there physically, leave your name and some contact details e.g. twitter and we'll find a way to work together virtually. Or sit in Paarl and work on Tim's OSM hack while he sits in Swellendam...<br>

If anyone is interested, its open data day[1] on 23 Feb 2013 (Saturday after next). Its a great opportunity to do something cool with open data in your area / country.<br>

I'll probably have a little hack on my latest 'just for fun' project 'osm-reporter'[2] - it would be cool to see what others on this list get up to!<br>
