Depends on your specific requirements:<br>

1. Are you looking for public sector facilities or private for-profit<br>
facilities or private/NGO not-for-profit facilities or all three?<br>

2. What's you accuracy requirements? Or to say it differently, can you live<br>
with a small sub-set of facilities having approximated co-ordinates that<br>
were either collected in the mid-90's (i.e. probably using the Cape Datum)<br>
scaled off maps?<br>

<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div style>You can ask Mark Herringer who has being building konekta (<a href="http://www.konekta.info/">http://www.konekta.info/</a>) a site to map health care facilities (globally). I dont think he has by any means a comprehensive database yet but he would be very interested to collaborate or hear from anyone who can point him along his path. The data is all free (ultimately it will make its way into OSM).</div>
