I got some for Cape Town from CityMaps (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:City.Maps@capetown.gov.za">City.Maps@capetown.gov.za</a>
) but they have a MainSuburbs.shp and an OfficialSuburbs.shp - go
figure <span class="moz-smiley-s7"><span> :-\ </span></span><br>
