If Aurecon were paid to supply the municipality with the data then
surely someone from the municipality should have it? If not, then
they should request it. It boils down to ownership of the data -
does it belong to the consultants who collected it or to the
municipality who paid the clients to collect it?<br>

to the GIS department but they only referred me to the
online zoning viewer. The online zoning viewer is very poor,

the consultants on the project, they have all the data but
charged R650.00 per plan. This is sad, as they were paid to
supply the municipality with the data which should be
available to the public.
