Geospatial Open Source (CUGOS)</strong> was founded in
2007 and serves as the <a title="blocked::http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Cascadia" href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Cascadia" target="_blank">Cascadia Chapter</a> of the <a title="blocked::http://www.osgeo.org/" href="http://www.osgeo.org/" target="_blank">OSGeo
Foundation</a>. We are a non-profit community of open
source GIS enthusiasts — from students to professionals,
from academia to industry, and including active OSGeo
contributors (board members, charter members, and project
participants).</font></p>

to share work, exchange ideas, and celebrate the power of
