[OSGeo-Announce] gvSIG Enters OSGeo Incubation

The OSGeo Board has approved the application by the gvSIG project to enter the 
incubation process. Incubation is a stepping stone to becoming a full fledged 
OSGeo project.

gvSIG is a cross platform desktop GIS supporting raster and vector data as well 
as WMS, WCS and WFS web protocols.
