[AtlanticCanada] Happy New Year

I'm glad you sent this email. I've been thinking about this, but I've
been caught up with the Maritime Java User's Group. :-)

February would be great for me. We just need a date / location. Worst
case, we can always do some teleconferencing as I know CARIS is willing
to offer this for people in and around Fredericton. We could probably
do the same with the University as I have a few contacts there too.

I'm all for the MapServer workshop. Sounds like a great start and it's
good to have a subject matter expert giving the course!

_Growing Involvement_

I'm thinking we should try to get into contact with representatives at
the various Colleges and Universities in the region. That would
probably be a fairly easy "quick win" to gain involvement.

Does anyone have any good contacts already, or should I just start
digging up names from my rolodex (heh, how old is that??!) and see what
I can find.
