[Aust-NZ] Update: Chapter Incorporation

I've recently had some informal advice about the legal issues
surrounding incorporation.  So far there is no definitive answer as to
how we should go about it, but I have been given a few avenues to pursue
before it becomes necessary to consider shelling out $ for formal legal
advice.  Hopefully there should be some good news soon.
