[Aust-NZ] Edits to Annual Report

I hoped to build on that by giving some specific examples of community
links and projects that are ripe for collaboration. i.e. it's not
enough for the existing members to get out there and evangelize, we can
much more quickly grow by joining with other similar local efforts. The
networks already exist, it just needs a few key connections here and
there between the existing separate but like-minded groups.


Feel free to add/modify/trash what I put on the wiki as you see fit.
