GIS Software Developer needed. Experience in ArcObjects with <a
href="http://VB.NET" target="_blank">VB.NET</a> and C++ required.
Full-time position in the city of Barcelona.<br>
<br>
Your role:<br>
<br>
You’ll belong to the R&D team of the company.<br>
Main activity: analysis and development of applications related to
the capture and processing of geographic information, especially 3D
vector type, in GIS environment.<br>
Possible involvement in technical decisions relating to
applications, customer demonstrations and related consulting work.<br>
Possible involvement in other projects of the company (local or
international), in the fields of remote sensing, mapping and digital
terrain models.<br>

Required profile:<br>
<br>
University education at master's level in engineering, majoring in
computer science, image processing, surveying, geodesy or related.<br>
The job needs an entrepreneurial character, capacity to have an
overview of the project, capacity to understand the needs and to
offer solutions tailored to available resources. Ease of
communication with colleagues and managers, and willingness to work
in a team.<br>
The combination of both, capacity for applications development and
familiarity with the geographic data, will be well appreciated.<br>

Languages:<br>

Good level of English<br>
Good level of Spanish or Catalan<br>
<br>
Experience:<br>
<br>
Experience in developing applications in the .NET environment.<br>
Experience in ESRI ArcGIS, ArcObjects and QT libraries will be well
appreciated (although not essential)<br>
<br>
Other information:<br>
<br>
Your evolution in the company may open the door for later access to
other sites of the group, participating in various projects in the
world of satellites and space.<br>
