 Hi Johan,

The idea was that the longer description would serve to make the selection
by the committee. While the shorts (2-3 lines) would be available on the
website under the title of the presentation in the program.

In terms of contribution, during the last Skype we said that we would
prefer in FR and NL as we do not know if it is financially possible to have
Engl <-> Fr and Engl <-> Nl translators.
