Objet : [Belgium] Next OSGeo meeting
Dear list,
One of the points discussed during the last meeting was the ambition to have a meeting every 14 days, and a physical meeting in Brussels in September to prepare the FOSS4G conference.
As I initiate the meeting normally, my question is if there is somebody willing to initiate the next meeting, as I will not be there.
(I don't know the exact date of the next meeting (7/8/15?) , but it will be in the meeting mintues of the 24 July meeting. I think Gaël was willing to write out the meeting notes.)
I spoke to Oliver May, and he is interested to join the meetings, and is also interested to help organizing OSGeo Local Chapter.
Oliver has some experience with community organisations, as he was responsible for organizing LAN parties in his younger days. (He's still very young compared with my age, but nevertheless ...:-)
