A few reactions:<br>

- I've already signalled this privately to some, but here's the<br>
official reaction: sending an invitation to a general assembly<br>
only 6 working days before is against the statutes (and against any<br>
common sense if you really want to have people present).<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>This is correct, the invitation was planned to be sent out last Friday at the latest.</div><div>For having more people present, there is an ongoing discussion to hold the general assembly during our yearly FOSS4G event, but we are divided, do you have any thoughts on this? - With all the sympathy I have for the Arrosoir and its owner, I think<br>
that in the future general assemblies should be held in a place that<br>
is much easier (faster) to reach for everyone, including those that<br>

I will not be able to attend this general assembly. We did not include<br>
practicalities about "procurations" in our statutes. What do I need to<br>
do to have someone represent me. Is an email to the president/secretary<br>
enough ?
