As Moritz suggested, I also think we should have a formal board decision<br>
before we can send this mail.<br>

A Board decision can be organised by sending out a mail by a board<br>
member, formulating a motion, that is secunded by another board member<br>
and on which all the board members can vote with +1; +0; -0; -1<br>
If you vote with -1 you should formulate a motivation with eventual an<br>
alternative.<br>

So I want to formulate following motion:<br>

MOT: "OSGeo.be is willing to support the initiative to organise a<br>
FOSS4GAfrica and we want to look as a Belgium LOC how we can help out<br>
with the organisation or practical support"<br>
