[Benchmarking] Thoughts on 2010 exercise

Now that we're refreshed from FOSS4G2009 I just want to make sure that 
we are ready for the demands of the 2010 exercise.

I see 2010 having more participants, which means a higher demand on our 
infrastructure.

One part that must improve is the speed that we can upload and transfer 
data to the benchmarking servers.  Can we leave the benchmarking servers 
where they are now but plug them into a faster line?  Thoughts?
