[Benchmarking] Comparing styles (live BenchmarkingA WMS requests)

So we can compare styles and live responses on the benchmarkingA server, 
I have created a section on the Wiki page: 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Benchmarking_2009#Live_BenchmarkA_WMS_GetMap_Requests 
(I put some live MapServer WMS GetMap requests to postgis and shapefiles)

Please enter your own GetMap requests.

Also:

/benchmarking/esri/sld/gnis_names_styled_marker.xml refers to 
"building.png" but it is not in SVN or on the server.
