[Benchmarking] No more labels for contours?

We based our setup on what was provided some months ago on:

and for the styles: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Benchmarking_2010#Sample_Dataset_Styling

Isn't it the reference any more?

This is news to me, as we agreed to use the contours file for labeling 
as a group earlier.
