[Benchmarking] Useful area of raster data

Hi all,

There has been some talk about the useful (i.e. non-nodata) area of the raster 
dataset.


So I got a coastline, applied a 500m buffer (so a few requests could be just 
water), and intersected that with the rectangular sheets. The result is this:

Raster requests shall be made inside the bounds of that shapefile. Any raster 
data outside of that shall be considered not useful.
