[Benchmarking] Sample Barcelona Vector Dataset

Teams,

I have taken the time to create a sample dataset of Barcelona, from 
Iván's Spanish National Mapping Agency dataset.  We can use these simple 
files to create our vector styles.

I have combined files from the Barcelona grids 420 and 421, to create 9 
shapefiles:

   building.shp
   contour.shp
   industry.shp
   motorway.shp
   point-labels-for-geometry.sh
   point-labels-no-geometry.shp
   ramp.shp
   road.shp
   settlement.shp
