The OSGeo conference committee met today on IRC[1] to discuss the 2010 
proposals and came up with a set of questions[2] for each bidding local 
committee.  Each bidding committee is asked to answer each of their 
associated questions listed on the Wiki page, and a representative from 
each committee should try to be present on IRC for the December 15th 
meeting[3] to discuss their answers.  Please try to send your responses 
to this conference_dev mailing list before the meeting so the OSGeo 
conference committee can review your answers beforehand.  Private 
responses (with non-public budget information) can be emailed to me 
directly.
