Nous avons une réunion du Local Organization Committee cet après-midi. Nous avons deux possibilités si je comprends bien :<br>
<br>
1/ Continuer sur l'optique d'une gestion par OSGeo-fr => support à te donner ;<br>
2/ Passer sur une gestion par un partenaire.<br>
<br>
J'entrevois une troisième voie, mais je souhaiterai vérifier avec toi et le board : gérer uniquement une partie de l'aspect finance du FOSS4GE (inscriptions, ateliers, code sprint, autre ?) et sous-traiter l'autre partie (sponsors, autre ?). On resterait sous
le seuil en ne gérant qu'une partie de l'événement.<br>

<p>Bonjour Didier,</p>
<p>A vérifier auprès de la DGFiP si on sera assujetti, mais si TVA il y a, ce sera de toute façon, sur la totalité (gros effet de seuil !).</p>
<p>Ce qui impacte la facturation aux sponsors (même si c'est neutre pour eux vu qu'ils doivent la récupérer) et complique sérieusement la gestion (déclaration mensuelle), d'autant que je ne suis pas sûr qu'on puisse revenir en arrière les années suivantes.</p>

3/ TVA (on en avait parlé aussi) - on y est soumis dans quel sens (encaissements / décaissements) ?</div>

<div style="direction:ltr; font-family:Tahoma; color:#000000; font-size:10pt">En tant qu'association à but non lucratif, nous n'y sommes en principe pas soumis. Nous facturons donc sans TVA; et nous reversons ni déduisons aucune TVA. Mais si le total des encaissements
dépassait 34000 € je pense qu'il faudrait interroger la DGFiP pour s'en assurer.<br>

4/ Je ne t'ai pas mis "Chair" du "Financial Committee" car je ne me rappelle plus si je te l'avais demandé (et comme l'OSGeo-fr joue un rôle central dans la partie financière ...). Est-ce que tu acceptes (et qui t'avait aidé pour le FOSS4G-fr) ?</div>
