Report from Fundraising Committee

OSGeo Board Members,

I distributed a report from the Incubator late last week I believe.  This
is the report from the Fundraising Committee.  It is short, since I have
not yet taken any action to launch the fundraising committee.

We do have a statement of interest to participate from:

  Frank Warmerdam (designated chair)
  Gary Lang (designated member on formation)
  Ed McNierney (designated member on formation)
  R. Paul Warriner
  Alain Grignon

There are also proposals I wrote up several months ago for sponsorship
still on the wiki:

I apologize for not having launched the committee yet.  It has been my
plan to put out a call for additional participants for the last week or so
and I expect to do so soon.
