OSGeo board f2f meeting in Switzerland

Hi all,

On the campus is a good idea, I think. There is no problem for us to 
provide a room for this meeting.

Room for around 10 attendees, with wifi access.

Luc just tells me that there was already a reservation for OSGeao Board 
meeting from Tina Mena (Autodesk) on Monday 11th and Saturday 16th. So 
everything should be ok.
