likely not make tomorrow's meeting

It's likely I may not make the meeting tomorrow; I am driving to a
conference in Romania with a friend and she wants to leave at 5am; 
I might not be able to get wireless access or usable telephone at the
right time.

The infrastructure plans are shaping nicely but I don't think are
ready for full presentation at this stage. It would be good to be able
to review and discuss here or the wiki before the f2f anyway.
