iBoard,

a) roughly 8hours/week on foundation activity
b) I am generally available 9:00am to 6:00pm CET,
   often also 9:00p.m. to 11:30p.m.
   Unfortunately I cannot (yet?) access IRC from office, means
   in the daytime as it is blocked here
c) most weekends
