[Board] 2010 Hosting RFP

Hello old and new board members,

The OSGeo conference committee has been working on the FOSS4G2010 
hosting RFP[1] and we are on schedule for a public release on 
2008-09-22.  However I realize that the RFP must be approved by the 
board before that can happen.  Therefore is the 22nd date realistic? 
(does this board approval have to be done in an actual board meeting?) 
Honestly my goal is to release this RFP before I leave for Cape Town on 
the 25th.
