Hi Paolo,

I'm not sure you can make that tight of a connection between
the developers who attend and FOSS4G being a drain on them. 
Is that what you mean?  Businesses are likely also sending 
their employees so that they can be helped and return with
greater business options.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding the point, let
me if I am :)
