Yep, gotcha the ASF board meeting works the same way, so 
that makes sense.

I've added the meeting to my calendar. There is a slight chance that
I will be on the road at that time (I have to go up to present at an IEEE
meeting). If so, I will plug into IRC from my iPhone while my wife is
driving and try to monitor :) But since there is that chance, no need
to wait for the board meeting (which I think is what you are suggesting
below), I'd be happy to discuss/chat about any license issues or
questions that you guys have and answer to the best of my ability
now.
