[Board] Fwd: [Foss4g2012] Meeting summary of FOSS4G 2012 meeting (3rd, July)

I've received a private email overnight from a member of the FOSS4G 2012 
LOC, and I have suggested that a public statement be made within the 
next 24 hours.

So I suggest that the board wait up to 48 hours before making a 
statement, to give the LOC time to form their statement.
