[Board] Potential location for AGM/Sol Katz etc

Hi All,

Given the announcement about FOSS4G 2012, I was wondering if you all felt
that OSGIS in Nottingham would be a good venue for the AGM, Sol Katz etc.
It's 4th-5th of September, at almost the same venue as FOSS4G will be next
year (same campus but not same venue)- and we (the LOC) were already
planning to invite board members along to view the venue and meet the
committee.
