[Board] next week's Board meeting

Hello Darrell,

The other day I asked Paul Ramsey to be the Board representative for
FOSS4G 2014, and he accepted.  I would request time for him to review
that contract.  (I have been lurking on your list and followed the
choice between the two PCO's, but I think Paul's keen eyes on the
contract/proposal will help).  I believe Paul is now a member of
foss4g2014-private.
