I'd like to see more detail before we vote on it. Which document(s) need 
updating? What is the wording that needs changing? Who is volunteering 
to update it?
I also think these details should be recommendations rather than policy, 
as there are many variables which may come into play in future. Eg: What 
if the president doesn't wish to travel to foss4g? I think a better 
place to start is to agree and then document tasks and activities a 
president should be involved in. This should lead to a budget associated 
with these activities.
