This case was a little bit unfortunate because the minutes and mail
motions were posted too late. Maybe we need to place a deadline after
every meeting for the minutes and motions so if the member that
volunteered can't do it by any reason*, we have to be effective and
try to find an alternative scriber or something like that.

* (we are all busy people, the unexpected is our everyday)

Yes Gérald, it's unfortunate and I think I agree on your reasoning
about the order of the votes. But now it's too late, the process was
expected to start one month ago or so and now we need to do it as we
planned. Anyway this discussion should be done, that's for sure, but
probably after summer. All these discussions around the elections have
to happen (as we always remember) with months of advance to the
process, so we have time to discuss them calmly and with space to
react.
