Hi Peter, all,

good news about the outcome of FOSS4G-E! This will surely help next
year's edition.
I actually have no specific guidance on OSGeo-related accounting in
Europe. I suppose that both ways (let the money pass through OSGeo
accounts or not) have their own pros and cons.

I cc'ed Stephan in case he was not following Board list already, and
wishes to chime in.
