[Board] OGC dinner in Calgary

On the ground at the TC meeting now,

Lots of interested questions about how foss4g went and ideas for OSGeo /
OGC collaboration.

I admit I was a bit flat footed, recommended the CITE team attend the code
sprint in Bolsena. Had a chance to speak highly of Gerald's dedication to
promoting WPS and so forth.

All in all a warm welcome. We should continue checking if charter members
can attend OGC meetings on our behalf.
