[Board] f2f preparations: facilitator

Hi,

So far, I've had mixed experiences with facilitators. Imho, it could be
useful to have someone to write the minutes. This way we could have a much
better discussion without someone being occupied by taking notes. It's also
good if someone independent looks after the time to ensure that all agenda
points can be addressed in the given time frame. It would be too bad if
important points which appear later on the agenda are not discussed because
- for some reason or another - previous topics run much longer than their
allocated time slot.

Best wishes,
Anita
