[Board] f2f preparations: meet&greet with Dutch OSGeo board

Before I was a board member, I attended the F2F meeting in Seattle (before
the OSGeo Code Sprint at Islandwood), so I would say that anyone who
wanted to attend the F2F should be welcome to attend also.
