[Board] Thoughts on Board face-to-face at FOSS4G-Europe

Dear all,

I'll be in Como too. I'm also against meeting during FOSS4G activities. 
Last day is OK but we have to be sure not to overlap with the closing 
plenary as some of the board members are also involved in organizing the 
conference.
