[Board] new Sponsors page draft

Thanks Jeff, for clarifying this issue,
I hope it can be fixed with the greatest urgency.
I suggest we contact and invoice all the sponsors.
I would also suggest that we consider to hire some
professional help to manage relationships with
sponsors.
