Those are mentioned as OSI approved licenses, we can have links to examples
if you like, but we do not need a copy here.

For BSD you cannot use it directly, you need to make a custom one each time
with the name of the organization distributing software. As an example the
eclipse distribution license is a BSD 3 clause license.

In this case the geotools project wanted to release some geotools 2.x code
under a BSD style license so I needed to make one with OSGeo as the
organization.
