Dear All,
as we did for the OSGeo TOSPrint Paris, as there is no scheduled meeting
for february, I would like to move forward the funding request (submitted
on dec and currently pending) submitted by Peter Lowe as chair of the Open
Geoscience Committee:

*"Support the EGU Townhall Session: OSGeo with 2'200 USD"*

More details can be found at [1].

This event was already supported in the last years by OSGeo and I
personally participated in the last two year events that attracted a large
audience of scientists in the European geoscience community. In my opinion
this give a benefit for our organization as more and more people get
informed and possibly participate in OSGeo in the future.
