[Board] website help request for board: describe our partners

Thanks Sanghee:

With some help from Helena I have cut down that document to current
partners (I made some bad assumptions reading the wiki).

There are two other groups to consider list ...

a) Some of our projects (gvSig and QGIS) have their own association setup,
the marble project belongs to kde.org. In these cases we have some kind of
relationship to describe, but I am not sure we have written it down before.
Regardless I would like to have a page for these organizations so we can
promote them as doing good work.

b) We have a tradition of promoting OSM and naturalearthdata.com, and I
would love to list these organizations also. But once again I am not sure
if we have a formal relationship, or if these organizations would mind
being listed. Does anyone have a contact person we can reach out to?
