[Board] Motion to sponsor FOSS4G 2018 at the highest level

I am going to write up the budget adjustment in loomio.

Indeed I would be happy to sponsor to pay for a booth, and ask us not to be
listed on the sponsors page. We have plenty of visibility as host :)
